Main Exam#
- Booklet is 28 pages. You must write only within these constraints.
Part A#
- Short notes - 6 marks.
- Write 1.5 pages.
- Examiners pay more attention to the first part of the answer and form a good/bad impression based on this. Write well for this.
- 8 questions will be given.
Part B#
- Essay-type questions.
- 4 questions given, 2 to be answered.
- Write 4-5 pages for each answer.
Part C#
- Application of Concepts is necessary.
- Problem-based questions will be given, with examples and situations.
- You will need to decide whether to act as an advocate or judge.
- Identify the law concerned and provide an appropriate legal solution.
